有很多泳池可以使用，早餐還可以，週六時入住，蠻多菲律賓本地人，唯一缺點是飯店1樓的開放區域禁用外食及喝酒，所以一堆人只能在房間暢飲

訂mactan resort，被分配到palm，不確定是升級還是降級，舊飯店，維持的很不錯，地點偏僻難叫grab，buffet晚餐不怎麼樣但是附近也沒其他吃的所以沒得選，早餐意外的豐富，房間燈很暗，乾濕分離只有一半的玻璃所以整個浴室都會弄濕，飯店迎賓芒果軟糖超級好吃，值得買

The resort is gorgeous, very kid-friendly especially the pools and play area. Staff are nice and friendly, very cheerful and always ready to help. A few thigs I hated— 1. Toilet had no bidet, we had to request it but there was no bidet holder. 2. Toilet door had no lock! Our toddler kept on barging in. 3. The room was infested with ants- small and fast ants, and big red ants. I woke up a few times due to ant bite which was annoying. There was a note in the room that the building has an ongoing pest control so hopefully it will resolve this. Aside from these, everything was good.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Solea. The facility was well-maintained, my kids enjoyed the aqua park and swimming pools, the area was wide enough for you to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

We enjoyed the stay especially the kids. The first choice was Mactan Building but we're transferred to the Palm building a few steps farther to the facilities compared to Mactan Buidling. The staff are accommodating and the food was awesome.

The location is a strong point, being pleasantly separated from the bustling city area, offering a more relaxed and serene environment. The resort features a variety of amenities, including a beach, pool, spa, gym, and bar, catering to both indoor and outdoor activities. However, it's disappointing that some areas were closed, and there was a noticeable lack of maintenance in the facilities. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was quite poor. While the room was spacious, there were several issues: some lights were not working, the air conditioning unit was leaking, and there was a water interruption that affected the supply for most of our stay. On a positive note, the service crew were extremely accommodating and welcoming, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The breakfast buffet, sky bar, and beach bar served excellent food, living up to expectations. The gym, although equipped with all the basic necessities, showed signs of neglect and was not well-maintained. One commendable aspect of the resort is its safety, especially with the high number of day visitors and foreign tourists, which adds to the feeling of security within the premises

プールに設置されたアスレチックが楽しそうで予約しました。宿泊者でも有料で大人600PHP、子供300PHP。楽しかったのですが、プールの水は白濁し、底はヌルヌル。炎天下でゴムの部分が暑くなりすぎて足の裡がやけどするかと思いました。お子さんが小さければキッズプールやスライダーで十分楽しめそうです。海は綺麗で空いてました。ホテル內はロビーやエレベーターの床が濡れており、廊下等はエアコンが効いておらず、快適とは言えませんでした。朝食は種類は多いのですが、美味しい物はあまりなかったです。また朝はニワトリの聲で目覚め、夜は近隣住民の大音量カラオケが聞こえたりして騒がしいホテルです。ただ、安いので致し方ないのかな…。再訪はないですね。

This hotel is very good. Staffs are very kind. Room is very clean and complete with toiletries. The actual resort is very good my kids really enjoyed it. The ambiance is very relaxing. Though the beach area and garden needs cleaning during our visit probably lots of visitor the night before had party the staff didnt have enough time to clean. Overall, this resort is worth it. Would love to come back again with my kids.

We booked 4days and 3 night. 1st day the room is dirty when the bedsheets and pillow covers are stained and the bathroom is dirty too,we haven't used it yet but it's already dirty it's look like they never change or clean the room from the last customer,I request to change room so we wait until it check and when it check he said he will tell to the manager about my request to change room so wait again. They approved my request to change room but even we change still room the comforter and pillow cases are stain,my daughter told me it's looks like someone massacre here mom😂 because it's looks like a dry blood. Since I'm tired of complaining again I just told them to change the pillow case and the comforter,when the attendant change its all new😳.Also so many ants in the room,I also told them and they spray for the ants.The breakfast is Soo Soo they don't change the food because we had breakfast there for 3 times so I know they just change the place of food but it was the same as yesterday😂. Only the good one is amenities if you have kids they will enjoy it because they have the large pools and pools for kids
